An event for Coast to Coast Members
Join your C2C colleagues for a live and interactive Zoom cooking class with Chef Tracy of Cozymeal and prepare a healthy gourmet three-course meal using fresh, high-quality ingredients and time-honored Italian cooking techniques. We’ll cook together and then sit down for a Virtual Dinner enjoying what we’ve created.Here’s the tasty menu:
Baked Spaghetti Squash
With Parmesan
Mushroom Bolognese
With pasta, olive oil, tomato paste and tomatoes
Baked Stuffed Apples
With fruit glacé
Participants will be provided with a grocery list several days before the session. Let’s get cookin!

Chef Tracy is an epicurean and former athlete with a passion for healthy, wholesome recipes. She's worked as both a culinary and pastry chef, which helped her launch a health food dessert company in 2008. She's taught hands-on cooking and nutrition courses for conferences and major companies, including two large grocery store brands. Chef Tracy has also written books and articles that share her recipes and nutrition knowledge.
