LET’S GET HAPPIER, NOW..!!
Who doesn't want to feel happier?
Finding ways to bring more happiness into our lives is a lifelong quest for most people.
This year, we decided to explore the work of Harvard University professor Arthur Brooks who teamed up with Oprah Winfrey to write the award-winning book "Build the Life You Want: The Art and Science of Getting Happier". Their book recommends practical research based practices to bring more joy into your life - no matter how challenging your circumstances.
Come join TTN members and session leaders Donna Ward and Ellen Campeas on Thursday evening, February 15 at 7:30 pm, as they and a group of women continue on this journey! Who knows… you just might get happier!
We would like all participants to complete the PANAS Questionnaire prior to the workshop. This short questionnaire will be emailed to you in early February. You must also print out the questionnaire prior to the workshop.
This event is open to both TTN members and Non-Members.
The Transition Network is a community of smart, capable women age 50+ who enrich each other's lives.
