About this event
Join us for a walk at this former golf course which has become an oasis for wildlife. Afterwards, we willstop nearby for coffee/tea and conversation.
Bring your friends! The nonmember fee has been waived for this event!
The City of Rockville created Redgate Park from a former golf course in 2018. It was allowed to go natural and has attracted wildlife.
We will meet in the parking lot, near the start of the trail.
We will take a meandering route around the park on the mostly intact paved cart paths. Though most of our route is paved there may be a few muddy spots. There are several hills along the route. Our total distance will be 3 - 4 miles.
