Women in Transition (WIT)  is a TTN  (Now Women's Connection) Signature Program, a workshop in which you will interact - in person - with other members in your NYC chapter to explore new possibilities and navigate the changes in your life.

This  in-person workshop is from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm with a lunch break. Lunch is on your own. The registration fee includes morning coffee and bagels/muffins. We will provide names of nearby delis where you can purchase lunch, or you can bring you own.

The workshop is limited to 15 participants. We will meet as a larger group and break up into small discussion groups to facilitate meaningful interpersonal connections and a deeper self-understanding. At the end of the workshop, members will have developed life transition goals and an action plan for next steps.

OUR PRESENTER: Paulette Pellani

Paulette is a Certified Career Coach. In her coaching practice she has worked with clients transitioning from one job to another, from one career to another and from working to retiring or looking for an encore career or volunteer opportunities. She has an MA in Developmental Psychology and an MBA in Management and Marketing from the NYU Stern School of Business.

Paulette has experienced several challenging transitions. She has moved from: working in nonprofits, to corporations and then to academia; facilitating employee development training programs to selling them; and working in the US to working as an expat in the Netherlands.

She had support all along the way to help guide her. She has had the good fortune to join TTN (Now Women's Connection) and has taken several of the offerings within the Life Transition Services curriculum. Her latest transition, moving from participating in to facilitating TTN programs was the result of her involvement with these programs. She has found a way to tie together her knowledge from her work and her formal and continuing education to help members of TTN (Now Women's Connection) and other organizations manage the transition process.
