Start your week with a supportive, guided meditation practice. 

Enjoy the benefits of practicing meditation with other women.  Both TTN members and non-members are welcome.

Please note your Registration Confirmation defaults to the original kickoff date of 5.16.22.  Once registered, you can attend any future Monday Morning Meditation.
