TTN (V) - How to Thrive in a Changing World (7 pm ET)

How to Thrive in a Changing World

Everything is New

Spring is in full bloom, the days are longer and we’re eager to get back to the lives we were separated from when Covid hit us two years ago.

We long to make a hopeful leap, but for many of us coming back to life isn’t a simple matter.  The world has changed since March 2020.  The crisis we just went through was both global and personal, and the world we’re re-entering is full of new hazards, new complexities, and new opportunities for personal growth.

A Program Created for TTN Women

We have been listening to you, and have developed a workshop that aims to address what's on your mind.

In her talk, psychologist Andrea Gould will help you emerge gracefully from the pandemic, perhaps in better shape than when you went in.  The session will cover tools and techniques for:

  • Soothing the anxiety that comes from living with so much uncertainty,
  • Reconnecting gently and intentionally with family and friends, and
  • Reflecting on what you learned about yourself during all that time alone -- and using it to find more focus and joy in your life.

After Andrea’s talk we’ll break into small groups to reflect on what we learned.
We hope you’ll join us!
