Yoga Poses That Instantly Relieve Stress

Studies have shown that even an hour of yoga practice can start changing your brain chemistry and improving your mood.

Those who stick with regular yoga practice report that they are happier and healthier and have more energy!

No previous yoga experience is required!

We will hold poses for 1-3 minutes per pose.

$10 Members $15 Non-Members

What you will need:
* Comfortable clothing
* Yoga mat or carpeted area
* Blanket, pillow or cushion
* Strap, tie or belt from a robe

Our Instructor: Andrea Collier

Andrea has been teaching yoga for over eight years. She teaches Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Yoga and Restorative Yoga, with an emphasis on alignment, linking breath to movement, and always having fun. She tailors instruction to all levels.

She is certified through Yoga Alliance, with additional certifications in Yoga Therapy and Yoga for Cancer.

Cancellation Policy:

If you are a member and cancel your registration before the specified deadline, you will receive a full refund as a credit to your account. You can use the credit to pay for another event or put it toward your annual dues payment. Non-members will receive a refund on their credit card, minus a $4 processing fee.
