NYC (P) - Women in Transition - in-Person (9:30 AM ET)

Saturday, October 1st, 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM
Transition 2

Women in Transition (WIT) is a TTN Signature Program, a workshop in which you will interact with other members in your NYC chapter to explore new possibilities and navigate the changes in your life. This highly interactive workshop is especially relevant during the uncertainties of this pandemic period.

This in-person 4-hour, 1-day workshop (10/1) will meet in a well-ventilated member's home and engage you with information about what it means to be in transition. In small discussion groups you'll deal with provocative questions that will stimulate constructive conversation designed to expand your horizons and support wherever you are in your transition journey.*

The goals of this highly interactive workshop are to:

  • Engage and connect with other women in transition,
  • Learn what it means to be in transition,
  • Expand your possibilities and options,
  • Know what is important and energizing for you, and
  • Create your personal “next steps” action plan.

Here’s what our members who have experienced the WIT Workshop said they liked:

  • The opportunity to connect and empathize with like-minded women,
  • Gaining valuable insights and perspective into their needs,
  • Developing concrete blueprints for moving ahead productively

As an added bonus, WIT members report developing lasting friendships with local TTNers that go beyond the workshop experience and provide continued support.

"Just excellent. Perfect balance of helpful materials, guides, tools and discussion and exercises. Facilitated so well -- getting everyone to participate in authentic, meaningful and impactful ways."

"A very worthwhile experience. The presenter was caring and answered all questions and concerns with detailed and helpful responses, which clarified all activities."

Many chapter members who have taken WIT have gone on to take the more intense "Crafting Your Next Act" 4-part workshop. Look for that program later in the month.

The workshop is led by TTN - NYC Chapter member Karen Merson, a highly trained and experienced facilitator and executive coach.
