TTN (V) -Thrive: Mental Fitness: An Introduction to Positive Intelligence (4:30pm ET)
Mental Fitness: The X-Factor in Performance & Happiness
An Introduction to Positive Intelligence
Speaker/Coach: Sue Mann
Wednesday September 14, 2022
4:30pm to 6:00pm eastern time
Are you fed up with feeling tired, stressed, and overwhelmed? Or maybe you’re fed-up with repetitive tension or conflicts with family members, colleagues, or friends? Or maybe there’s just this feeling of “there’s got to be more to life than this,” but you’re not sure what that is. And you’ve tried this thing and that thing, all of which help for a while, but nothing really seems to stick?
Then this talk is for you.
You’ll understand the root source of all of this. And we’ll have some fun (yes, seriously, fun) doing so. You’ll come away with immediate, practical, and specific next steps you can take so that you can sustain the journey of transformation that we'll begin in our time together.
That's a big promise to make. This talk alone is often referred to as life changing and transformative. But it’s the tip of the iceberg!
Mental Fitness is the X-Factor
Mental fitness is your ability to meet life's challenges with a positive, rather than negative, mindset. It's the best predictor of how happy you are and how well you perform relative to your potential.
When you're not mentally fit, you feel mental stress - anxiety, frustration or unhappiness - as you handle work, life and relationship challenges.
The good news is that with recent breakthroughs in neuroscience and technology, you can learn how to build mental muscle and create lasting, positive change.
This session will help you discover what might be undermining YOUR performance.

Our Presenter: Sue Mann
Described by her clients as a “soul coach,” Sue is a deeply compassionate and courageous coach focused on ending the destruction of organizational morale and value by abrasive, bullying leaders who drive out high performing talent. She dares to be fired, rather than allow her clients to stay stuck in their limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging behavior. Sue is particularly skilled at working with thorny issues of interpersonal dynamics, breakdowns in trust and interpersonal conflict. Deeply trauma-aware and trauma-trained, Sue is also the rare coach who understands trauma, how it shows up in the workplace, drives behavior and impacts organizational performance.
Sue’s 30-year career has spanned continents, roles and industries. She holds an MBA and Master of Management in Hospitality (MMH) from Cornell University. Other certifications and accreditations include: Board Certified Executive and Business Coach, Energy Leadership Index - Master Practitioner; Certified Community Resilience Model Teacher from the Trauma Resource Institute and Positive Intelligence Coach.
