So often we feel trapped or stuck in our current situation and look to outside forces to help us escape. Waiting for retirement, or when the kids get back to school, or when things "slow down". We hope others will save us. But no one is coming to save us, we must save ourselves. This workshop, based on the popular TV show MacGyver, breaks down the three phases of "escape" that MacGyver uses to save himself in every episode. During the 60 minute session, you will work through a series of interactive exercises to assess where you are, plot your escape and set your action plan. This is a great way to help set intentions and actions for your next season!
