CHI-All (V) - Maintaining Health and Vitality as We Age

Do you feel neglected by the conventional healthcare system? Are you curious as to how to remain healthy and vital in the decades ahead?

Join us on November 9th as Carolyn Torkelson, MD and TTN member Catherine Marienau, PhD present fresh perspectives on the mental, physical and spiritual elements of holistic living. In their newly released book, "Beyond Menopause: New Pathways to Holistic Health" Drs. Torkelson and Marienau blend their distinct vantage points of integrative medicine and clinical practice along with neuroscience and adult learning to guide post-menopausal women toward optimal health.

In this interactive session, you will learn how to advocate for your healthcare needs and how to create an effective ‘web of wellness’ among your health practitioners.

You’ll also learn about common health conditions among postmenopausal women and how to identify holistic options that bridge the gap between conventional and alternative medicine that harmonize mind, body, and spirit.
