Session 1:  Why Allyship Matters
Ranieka Weston, Speaker

Tuesday, February 21, 2023

The TTN Allyship Workshop is a 4-part course that explores the topic of Allyship, focusing on what you can do to become a better ally. The full Workshop series will provide you with information, strategies, and skills that will deepen your knowledge on the topic and provide you with a path toward answering that oft-asked question, "What can I do?".
In Session 1, "Why Allyship Matters", Ranieka Weston will kickoff our exploration on Allyship.  She will clarify definitions and confusing or conflicting concepts, share some of her own personal experiences and explore what gets in our way as we think about what we might do.

Ranieka's many years of coaching and consulting in the area of Diversity & Inclusion have given her a rich background in this area.
