Have you ever made a comment with the best of intentions, and discovered to your chagrin that the comment landed for someone as being racist?

In this interactive program, we'll explore the topic of microaggressions and learn more about why certain words or behaviors may feel like death by a thousand cuts to a person of color.

What can we learn from the uncomfortable experience of uttering them?

How can we react in a healthy way when we do?

Our facilitators for this program will be Susie Collins and Pat Snyder, who have facilitated training offered in TTN's Unpacking Whiteness course.

In service of creating a safe space for all participants, this program will not be recorded.

Look for the Zoom link in the confirmation, along with link to a one page chart to help you understand more about microaggressions.

Before the program, please download and print out the chart so you have easy access during the program.
