In this exhibit, 20 artists have created new work responding to the critical question:
Is the sun rising or setting on the experiment of American democracy? Featured artists engage with the theme of the rising sun in a time when perspectives about human rights, equality, free speech, and other democratic principles are radically disparate. During the tour, participants will be invited to reflect on, challenge, and expand their own understanding of democracy.
PLEASE NOTE: The tour of the PAFA portion of this exhibit is scheduled for May 11th and requires a separate registration.
