For the past twenty-eight years, sleep coach, consultant, speaker and author, Susan D’Addario, CSW, has been transforming the lives of thousands.

Susan has worked as a licensed psychotherapist for twenty-four years supporting people in her private practice to work through challenging issues to bring about their positive change and growth. Four years ago, Susan pivoted and became a Certified Sleep Science Coach. She provides sleep coaching primarily to individuals – but also to couples and families - in her role as Independent Sleep Specialist with the Human Transformation and Coaching Company, BetterUp. Susan also provides sleep coaching in her private practice, Back-To-Sleep.

Susan has spoken on the topic of sleep to many companies and, she loves to provide information to as many people as possible to help them get great sleep and become their optimal selves!
