Immerse yourself in a morning Sound Bath at the Ruby Room in Wicker Park.

Stephanie uses singing bowls and other sound instruments which operate at the same frequency as your DNA to create a super relaxed state by moving your body’s energy around, literally enabling you to reset your body. If you have never experienced a sound bath, this is a must!!! So relaxing that most people fall asleep during the session.

A sound bath is a sound healing technique that utilizes sound at different frequencies to help bring you into a state of relaxation, calm and realignment. Everything that exists is made of sound and vibration.

The tones and frequencies of the sound healing instruments work with your life force energy centers, helping to move a lot of energy quickly and clear any blockages. Come unwind, release, reset and re-imagine your life in perfect balance and harmony, supported by your intentions and the magic of sound.

Space available for 15 participants. Must register by April 22.
