PHL (P) - JFCS Ukrainian Refugee Care Packages (4/23, 11:00am-1:30pm)

JFCS is partnering with the Jewish Federation to host a Community Volunteering Event on Sunday, April 23rd. Come join the members of the community and prepare care packages to send to Ukrainian Refugees. During this indoor volunteer opportunity, you will be cooking soup in JFCS’s Teaching Kitchen, decorating handwritten cards, and making DIY blankets to be sent to Ukrainian Refugees.

Important Registration Information: please sign up for this event on both the TTN website and also register on the JFCS site using the link below. There are limited spots available and to ensure your spot you must register using the JFCS Care package Mitsvah day link below.

Care Packages Mitzvah Day

Jewish Family and Children’s Services (JFCS) is one of the oldest and largest human service agencies in the United States. They serve people of all faiths and backgrounds and are a leader in research and development of innovative human services.

Parking & Transportation Information: The JFCS building has a parking lot and can be reached at either Montgomery Avenue or off of Parsons Avenue. Bus 44, from center city, drops off close to the facility - please verify drop off location before taking the bus. When entering the building, enter through the doors at the TOP of the parking lot where you will be met by our security guard, sign in, and be escorted to the Teaching Kitchen to volunteer.
