Join fellow TTN members in discussing this summer's blockbuster film, Oppenheimer.

"With Oppenheimer, Nolan has gifted us a truly unique, unflinching, nuanced portrait of the enigmatic, complicated man who spearheaded the Manhattan Project and subsequently ran afoul of the "red-baiting" politics of the McCarthy era. Technically it's a biopic, but it doesn't play like one. It's more like Nolan carefully selected various threads running through Oppenheimer's life and wove them into a richly textured tapestry that somehow transcends those raw materials. The result is pure visual poetry". Ars Technica review.

North Shore Movie Lovers is a special interest group of TTN members who love movies and love to talk about them! We meet monthly via zoom, after we have watched a selected movie. Most movies are available on Netflix or another streaming service. Once you register you will be sent a zoom link in advance of our online gathering. It's fun. It's free. And it's a great way to get to know TTN members in your area.
