Come and be bathed in beautiful sound. After a short guided meditation, sit or lie back and just relax. Enjoy a unique sound experience, as sound healing practitioner, Debbie Hawker -Misra uses the sounds of gentle therapeutic bells, gongs, tuning forks, bowls, drums, chimes and voice to wash over you. This ancient form of healing calms the busy mind and balances the body. Sound Healing or Bathing works by activating the parasympathetic nervous system --the opposite of the stress response.

This event is open to both TTN members and non-TTN members, $20 per person, though non-members must pay a small additional processing fee.

Please remember to wear loose fitting and comfortable clothing for this event. Yoga attire and sweats are ideal!

Optional gathering for refreshments after event in Tenafly. Please bring cash to split bill.

Cancellation Policy:

If you are a member and cancel your registration before the specified deadline, you will receive a full refund as a credit to your account. You can use the credit to pay for another event or put it toward your annual dues payment. Non-members will receive a refund on their credit card, minus a $4 processing fee.

No refunds are available to members or non-members after the cancellation deadline.
