Minneapolis/St. Paul TTN Chapter

Destination Event at the Minneapolis Institute of Arts!

Thursday, March 21, 2023  12:00 – 3:30p.m.

Our afternoon will include:

12:00 Noon       

• Gather at the MIA Café – Grab a coffee or lunch at the “Agra Culture coffee shop and café”  then head to the gathering area just outside the café to socialize as attendees arrive.
• No need to grab a map as you enter.  We’ll have personalized maps waiting for you!

12:45       

• We’ll walk together up the staircase (or take elevators) to the open area outside the Asia exhibit to review the schedule for the afternoon and receive a map of the galleries and gathering spaces.

1:00 – 3:00    

• Tour selected galleries with your small group, accompanied by  a museum guide.  (See highlighted areas on your map.)

3:00  

• Return to 2nd floor Asian Gallery for a Group Photo with beautiful backgrounds of the Asian exhibit

• After photo, groups will return to meeting area to discuss and debrief.

4:00  

• Happy Hour at Black Forest Restaurant - 26th and Nicollet
