This series of 8 classes for TTN members only will focus primarily on MEMORY techniques with a variety of short-term and long-term memory exercises. You will learn easy formulas to apply to your daily lifestyle and new ways to train the brain to think. Brain Aerobics also strengthens the brain's neural connections and helps build new brain cells. In addition, we will explore the power of positive thinking, nutrition for the brain, meditation and other useful tools. Class is fun, interactive and all ages will benefit. No tests, just good clean memory fun. You will notice a difference in just one class! Victoria LaBouff-Lanza has been a professional fitness instructor and personal trainer for over 30 years and is certified as a Fitness Professional by multiple organizations, including The Mental Edge. Victoria created Brain Aerobics in 2005 while working with clients in a retirement community and has been enhancing this offering, incorporating the latest brain research, ever since. "Teaching is my passion and I live for the camaraderie of all the wonderful people I get to cross paths with. Making a positive difference is my life’s work." The classes will not be recorded but each session will begin with a review of the previous one.
