Dotty Brown, former editor at the Philadelphia Inquirer, brings Boathouse Row to life during this walking tour by telling unknown stories about each house. What was the relationship of the painter Thomas Eakins to the Row?
Why is the Row’s architecture so eclectic and what famous Philadelphia architect left his mark there? Where and when did women win a place

in the Row? Dotty will have copies of her book “Boathouse Row” to sign for the discounted price of $30.

Please meet at Cosmic Cafe (1 Boathouse Row) at 10:15 for the 10:30 am tour.
The event is rain or shine and involves some walking.

If your schedule permits, enjoy lunch at the Cosmic Cafe following the tour. Parking is available in the parking lot near

Lloyd Hall. Public transportation is also available.

Note that the cancellation deadline is Wednesday, 4/10/24. Should you need to cancel before that date, a credit will be issued to your TTN account to use for future purchases. No refunds after that date.
