Learn how to navigate all the health & wellness information we hear everyday about how to be healthier. Small, powerful self-care steps that can put you on the path to wellness and better health. Learn how to negate EMFs which mess with our moods and sleep, why to avoid inflammatory seed oils, how to eliminate chlorine in our showers, why juicing is so powerful, reading grocery store labels and much more!!!!

Event will take place at 195 N Harbor Drive, concourse level, at the Flex Wellness Pilates Studio. Harbor Drive is in the New East Side a short walk from Michigan & Randolph Streets. There is parking available in the building as well.

If you are a member and cancel your registration before the specified deadline, you will receive a full refund as a credit to your account. You can use the credit to pay for another event or put it toward your annual dues payment. Non-members will receive a refund on their credit card, minus a $4 processing fee.
No refunds are available to members or non-members after the cancellation deadline of 3/19/2024.
