SFL - Lunch and Learn

Lunch and Learn is the last Friday of each month at Duffy's in Boca Raton on St. Andrews Blvd. We have a private room and meet from 11:30 to 1:30.
Our presenters this month will be Fraida Varah and Cynthia Postula. Their topic is:
Optimal Brain Health: Learn what the experts say about specific ways to make your brain healthy.

Lunch is optional after the meeting.
