Cardio, Core & More a series of 6 sessions Tuesdays, April 30 to June 4, 2024 at 4:30pm ET Join us for a virtual workout designed for women 50+ and geared to burn fat, build lean muscle and to have FUN! Classes start with warmup stretches, followed by 20-25 minutes of lite-cardio with muscle specific moves. We will use the back-end of the class to work with weights, core and floor exercises. The class will end with a relaxing stretch, meditation and positive thoughts to carry you through your day. Each class will be approximately 55 minutes. Everyone welcome. Easily modifiable. You will need: 1. A water bottle for water breaks 2. Supportive footwear 3. A mat or a towel for the floor 4. Handheld weights/lite dumbbells (water bottles or cans of beans are a good substitute) 5.
