rethinking what’s important in your life?
experiencing changes in your family or work?
finding it’s time to expand your networks?

What: This workshop will give you a framework to
understand change and the process of transition.

You will learn what it means to navigate change and
how to develop new possibilities and options.

This 90-minute class will introduce you to The Transition Network (www.ttnwomen.org), a national organization for women over 50 who are navigating change and embracing “what’s next.” It is open to others who want to learn more about life transitions and the resources available to understand and work through them.
