About this event
Various types of meditation have been used in many cultures around the world for thousands of years. Learn techniques for relaxing your body and calming your mind that you can use whenever you want or need them. We will explore meditation, relaxation or other techniques each month. No past experience necessary. Please register 48 hours prior to event. New and regular members need to register EACH MONTH. This group meets the second Thursday of each month. Meeting online. Zoom link will be sent out the day prior to event. FOR SOUTH FLORIDA CHAPTER MEMBERS ONLY
