Women in Transition Workshop (WIT)  is a TTN Signature Program, an in-person workshop in which you will interact with other members in the NYC chapter to help you clarify how you want to live your life now and in the future. The workshop will help you examine yourself, develop insight, explore new possibilities, and navigate the changes in your life.

This is an in-person, 1-day workshop. The workshop itself is 4 hours from 10:00am to 3:00pm with a 1-hour lunch break. Lunch is on your own. Your registration fee includes morning coffee and bagels/muffins. We will provide names of nearby delis where you can purchase your lunch, or you can bring your own.

The workshop is limited to 15 members. We will meet in the larger group and also break up into small discussion groups to facilitate meaningful connections and a deeper understanding. At the end of the workshop, members will have developed an action plan for next steps.

OUR PRESENTER/GUIDE: Paulette Pellani

Paulette  is a Certified GetFive Career Coach. GetFive is an industry recognized provider of outplacement, career, and employee development programs. In her coaching practice she works with clients transitioning from one job to another, from one career to another and from working to retiring and looking for an encore career or volunteer opportunity. She has an MA in Developmental Psychology and an MBA in Management and Marketing from the NYU Stern School of Business.

Paulette has experienced several challenging transitions. She has moved from: working in nonprofits, to corporations and then to academia; facilitating employee development training programs to selling them; and working in the US to working as an expat in the Netherlands.

She had support all along the way to help guide her. She has had the good fortune to join TTN and has taken several of the offerings within the Life Transition Services curriculum. Her latest transition, moving from participating in to facilitating TTN programs was the result of her involvement with these programs. She has found a way to tie together her knowledge from her work and her formal and continuing education to help members of TTN and other organizations manage the transition process.
