Join Jennifer Brown as she provides a tour of the center and explains opportunities for us to become more active through an array of programs including fitness, nutrition and wellness exercise classes. Following the presentation, we'll enjoy lunch at the facility.
Mission Statement – To serve senior adults with social, recreational, and wellness programs, to promote independent and healthy lifestyles. Also, to serve our community with quality and affordable evening classes, health and enrichment opportunities.
