Date: Monday, December 11, 2023 (Please note that this is the Second Monday of the month, not the Third.)

Time: 5:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m. ET

Location: Kenbrook Village Clubhouse; 3540 Kenbrook Common St., Upper Arlington, OH 43220

Parking directions:  Park on both sides of the street in front of and beyond the Clubhouse. (For unloading only, park on the street in front of the Clubhouse, and then move your car so others can unload.) Please do not park in the Courts, as these are for residents only.

We are celebrating in person again this year!! We will have ice breakers and games! Here's the plan for food and drinks:  

--If your last name begins with A through N, please bring an appetizer or a desert.

--If your last name begins with O through Z, please bring a main dish.

--Please bring serving utensils for the dishes you bring. Plates, napkins, cups and eating utensils will be provided. 

--Water will be provided, but please bring your own beverages if you prefer something else.  Wine and alcoholic beverages are allowed in moderation, so feel free to bring a bottle of wine to share. 

--Carpool if you can.

--Please help us clean up.  The party house must be returned to its original pristine condition.  Thanks!!
 
Please register for the party.  Members are free and guests are $10 each.

(Roberta Kayne's event in August, 2023, in which we learned about organ and tissue donation. Lifeline of Ohio promotes and coordinates the donation of human organs and tissue for transplantation, helping to save and heal lives in Ohio and beyond.)

*Note: If paying by check, and you are honoring or memorializing someone at Lifeline of Ohio, include a message noting their name, and if appropriate, the name and mailing address of any persons you would like them to notify about your monetary gift.   If you donate online, there is a place where Lifeline of Ohio asks: “Please let us know who this gift is in memory or in honor of:” “Who would you like us to notify of this gift?” and “How can we get in touch with them?” :(The answer is: TTN Ohio at: Ohio@ttnwomen.org)
Additional note: If you donate online, and in order to get a somewhat accurate tally, we would appreciate it if you would write down anonymously how much you donated.  We will provide writing utensils and paper to do so and the party. 

Also, on the Juvenile Justice Coalition website there is a way for you to make a notation under "Write a note (Optional)" that you are donating as part of the TTN Ohio Holiday Charity.

Payment In Full In Advance Only
Cancellation Policy:
If you are a member and cancel your registration before the specified deadline, you will receive a full refund as a credit to your account. You can use the credit to pay for another event or put it toward your annual dues payment. Non-members will receive a refund on their credit card, minus a $4 processing fee.

No refunds are available to members or non-members after the cancellation deadline.
