Women in Transition (WIT) is a TTN Signature Program. It is a workshop in which you will interact - in person - with other members in your NYC chapter to explore new possibilities and navigate the changes in your life.

This  in-person workshop is from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm with a lunch break. Lunch is on your own. The registration fee includes morning coffee and bagels/muffins. You can purchase food at the Center, nearby cafes, or you can bring your own. 

The workshop is limited to 15 participants. We will meet as a larger group and break into small discussion groups to facilitate meaningful interpersonal connections and a deeper self- understanding. At the end of the workshop, members will have developed life transition goals and an action plan for next steps.

OUR PRESENTER: Gayle A. Dakof

Gayle is a clinical psychologist and a grateful NYC TTN chapter member! Over the past few years, Gayle has experienced several major life stresses and transitions that challenged her ability to maintain healthy functioning. NYC TTN was the lifeline that helped her not only cope but thrive in the face of life stresses and transitions. Gayle is excited to “give back” to TTN by integrating
her professional expertise and personal experience to facilitate the “Women in Transition” group.

Gayle is known as an excellent teacher and facilitator.
