SFE (P)– July Program: Unleash the Warrior Within (July 22, 5:45 – 7:30 pm MT)
Learn the 3 main areas to focus on as you age gracefully. Chapter member Karin Lubin will lead us in practicing and exploring 1) stabilty and balance work, 2) low impact cardio, plus 3) some resistance training to keep muscle.
If we don't use it we lose it!
Exercise is good for our bodies, our mental fitness (our brain) and overall energy that we feel after we use our bodies. Each of us is different and this will be useful to anyone, at any stage of life who have exercised or never done anything like this before. We'll learn a few exercises and practices that you can use after this session.
Engage proactively with your own health. You are your best cheerleader.
You will leave with a smile on your face!
