About this event

Join us for a quick dinner at 7 pm at Allegro Kitchen at the Music Center followed by the performance.

Judy Collins, an accomplished musician and activist with a career spanning seven decades, has explored folk, rock, and country since her early days as a vocalist, guitarist, and pianist. Her 1967 rendition of Joni Mitchell’s “Both Sides, Now” earned her a Grammy for Best Folk Performance, cementing the singer-songwriter’s place in the American songbook.

Joining her is acclaimed jazz vocalist Madeleine Peyroux, whose soulful songs provide commentary on social issues and personal experiences. Together on stage, the duo creates an irresistible energy, leading audiences on a captivating journey through songs and stories.

You MUST purchase your own ticket to the Strathmore performance at www.strathmore.org/events-tickets/in-the-music-center/judy-collins-and-madeleine-peyroux/

The organizer will be sitting in EE101, orchestra tier center, but you can choose any seat you prefer. This is a mid-range price ticket at $64. Most of that row is available. As of July, about half the tickets for the show are already sold out, so if you’d like to go, please buy a ticket soon rather than waiting till the fall.
