Join us for a meaningful program of self-care when faced with a medical crisis. Learn some valuable ways to cope and heal yourself.

The Health & Wellness Committee presents its 2nd program in Seasons of Self Care V. The Power of Art and Meditation as Self-care when faced with Breast Cancer or other health crisis.

Join us as Deborah Adler, Licensed Board Certified Art Therapist takes us on her personal journey of self-care as she faced her own health care crisis of breast cancer.

Deborah Adler has a private practice as a Creative Art Therapist P.C. She’s a workshop leader at The Bryant Library and the Atria of Roslyn Harbor. She’s a speaker for educational and supportive venues. Her work has been presented at Juried Art Exhibitions
