Join us for a wonderful three course luncheon at the fabulous Captain Bill’s as well as being entertained by the renowned Red Hot Mamas Dance group. Not only will you be entertained, Laura Poppe will guide you through the ancient energy principle, Water Up, Fire Down.
Laura Proppe was awarded the NY State Senate Commendation Award for Community Service in 2019. She has received multiple acknowledgments from the Body and Brain community for her outstanding outreach contributions.
