CHI (P) - Private Christmas Candlelight Tour of Glessner House
About this event
Last year’s event was such a hit we decided to offer it again! Women's Connection will have the entire Glessner House to ourselves for this private tour! This very special one hour tour will highlight Christmas customs as observed by the Glessner family. The house will feature elaborate decorations of the late 19th century including a live 10’ tree decorated with period ornaments, toys, holiday crafts and the dining table set for an eight course Christmas feast.
Glessner House has also graciously offered us use of the Coach House for a dinner of pizza, wine and dessert so we can celebrate the holiday season!
We will have two groups of ten people. The first group will depart at 5:30pm, followed by the second group shortly after. Everyone will meet in the Coach House afterwards for the festivities. There is free street parking as well as a small free private lot that can accommodate five cars. Lot information will be sent out to the final groups of registrants.
The fee for this event is $42 and must be paid upon registration. The fee includes the Glessner House Private Tour, Dinner, Wine and Dessert!
If you cancel before the cancellation deadline, the fee will be refunded to your account. However, if you cancel after the cancellation deadline, or fail to attend the event without cancelling for any reason, the fee will be forfeited and WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
This event is limited to 20 people. Please be respectful of fellow members and register only if you plan to attend. If you need to cancel, please cancel as early as possible so that someone on the waitlist can join. You must be logged in to register.

Cancellation Policy:
If you are a member and cancel your registration before the specified deadline of December 6th, you will receive a full refund as a credit to your account. You can use the credit to pay for another event or put it toward your annual dues payment. Non-members will receive a refund on their credit card, minus a $4 processing fee.
Absolutely no refunds are available to members or non-members after the cancellation deadline of December 6th.
