CHI (P) - Self Defense for Women plus Dinner at CEBU!

Join your Women's Connection friends for an empowering experience: a self-defense class designed specifically for women. Build confidence as you learn serious skills in a safe and welcoming setting. Effective and practical self-defense techniques will be explained in detail as they are demonstrated so you can learn the principles behind the movements. You will then have the opportunity to partner with a class member and try the techniques, step-by-step, with clear instructions as you go. While everyone is encouraged to give it a try, anyone wishing to watch and not participate is allowed to do so.
BEFORE the 6:30 Self Defense Class, join us at 5:15pm right across the street to try out the recently opened restaurant Cebu. Cebu Chicago is a modern Filipino restaurant that aims to highlight Filipino cuisine in Chicago. As a family-owned business, Cebu's mission is to showcase the richness of Filipino culinary traditions and create a welcoming environment for people to enjoy the experience.
The fee for the Self Defense class is $20 and must be paid upon registration. If you cancel before the cancellation deadline of February 7th, the fee will be refunded to your account. However, if you cancel after the cancellation deadline, or fail to attend the event without cancelling for any reason, the fee will be forfeited and WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
If you need to cancel, please cancel as early as possible so that someone on the waitlist can join. You must be logged in to register.

Cancellation Policy:
If you are a member and cancel your registration before the specified deadline, you will receive a full refund as a credit to your account. You can use the credit to pay for another event or put it toward your annual dues payment. Non-members will receive a refund on their credit card, minus a $4 processing fee.
NO REFUNDS are available to members or non-members after the cancellation deadline.
