A Women's Connection Signature Workshop

We are in transition all the time. Sometimes it is big and sometimes small. We often struggle with how can I make this change work better for me? What do I want to do? How can I deal with this more effectively?

The Women in Transition (WIT) workshop takes the participants through the three stages of any transition, explaining how each stage can be understood and embraced. Based on William Bridges influential work, Transitions: Making Sense of Life’s Changes, the workshop provides a guiding framework for:

• Understanding the process you travel through when you’re in a transition
• Discovering what’s most important and energizing for you at this stage of your life, and
• Creating a personal action plan

One of the most valuable aspects of this workshop is that you’ll explore your transition with an inspiring and supportive group of women who are taking a similar journey.
