?? Stroll on The 606!
The heat and storms got the best of us last time, but we’re back on the calendar! Join us for a fun and scenic walk along The 606.
Here’s the plan:
????? Meet-Up Spot:
Meet at 3:00 PM at the Damen entrance of the 606 Trail (1825 N. Damen) — just a block north of Wabansia and two blocks north of the Damen Blue Line stop.
Since we are heading to member Mary W's for Happy Hour after the walk, if you’d like to park on Mary’s block for no charge, plan to meet at her house promptly at 2:45 PM to walk over to The 606 together. (Address provided upon registration.)
??? The Stroll:
We’ll walk about 3 miles along The 606 — a great way to catch up with friends and soak in the summer vibes.
?? The Sip:
After the walk, we’ll relax at Happy Hour at member Mary W’s home in Bucktown, about .5 miles away from the The 606.
?? Not Up for the Walk?
No worries — feel free to meet us directly at Mary’s around 4:30 PM.
? Rain Check:
If it rains, we’ll skip the stroll and gather at Mary’s for Happy Hour at 4:30 PM.
