The Tripping Connection - *NEW Group Forming

This group is for those members who would like to take short trips (2-4 nights) in the US. One suggestion is a visit to Orlando and Disney in March or April. If there is interest in this new group, we can meet to discuss the possibilities.

TravelMates

Travel Mates is a special interest group of international and domestic travelers who meet in person monthly for tri-state based activities. Our goals are to meet fellow travelers, share travel plans and possibly meet new travel companions.

Our activities are derived from group members’ suggestions. Over the past years our excursions have included DIA Beacon, Gowanus Canal Art Walk, Bruce Museum in Greenwich, CT, whale watching, Johnson’s Glass House, Ellis Island’s Hard Hat Tour, Storm King Sculpture Garden and many other tristate sights. All day activities end with a group lunch at a nearby restaurant. In 2024 we added short overnight trips to our group, including a 2-night trip to Washington, D.C and a 5-night trip to the Arkansas Ozarks, Eureka Springs and Crystal Bridges Museum.

We continue to strive to find unique all day activities and some overnight excursions.
