The Minneapolis/St. Paul Chapter supports women as they make the most out of their "50 years and forward" transition journey. We learn from and support each other as we experience the changes that occur at this stage of life.

We welcome any woman interested in joining our vibrant chapter. The membership experience may involve participation in Special Interest Groups (SIGs), Peer Groups (PGs), the Caring Collaborative, learning opportunities, and social gatherings. Membership is as rich and deep as each member chooses to make it.

Unleashing the Power of Your Full Voice

The Program Committee invites you to unleash the power of your full voice on April 23 for our first event of 2025.  It includes a Deli Sandwich and dessert along with having Barbara McAfee, who will lead us in a fun and engaging afternoon, exploring the power and expression of our voices.

What untapped gifts does your voice have in store for you?
What might happen in your life if you fully expressed yourself?
When was the last time you played hard, breathed deep, cut loose, felt free?

Barbara is a master voice coach, author, keynote speaker, and singer/songwriter who merges lessons from 12 years in organization development with the transformative power of sound. Her bestselling book, Full Voice, is based on her 30+ years supporting people from many professions to find their voice, whatever that means to them. Her approach shifts the way people think about and use their voices forever.
