A Special Interest Group (SIG) for Women Reimagining What’s Next

Retirement isn’t the end—it’s a reinvention. But let’s be honest: navigating this next chapter can feel exciting and disorienting.

Whether you're still considering your timeline or freshly retired (within the past two years), you don’t have to figure it all out alone.

This is SIG is for women who are curious, candid, and craving connection. We’re here to support each other through the questions, the changes, and the opportunities that come with leaving full-time careers and redefining what a fulfilling life looks like now.

You’ll find:

• Honest conversations (with zero judgment)
• Resources and insights on purpose, identity, lifestyle, and wellness
• A space to explore what matters most—with women who get it

You’ve spent a lifetime leading, managing, caring, and achieving. Now it’s time to support yourself—and each other—as you create your next chapter.

The Next Chapter is a laid-back group of smart, curious C2C members who love to read, share and have fun (and maybe have some refreshments while we're at it).  Just three “rules:” 

• If you haven’t finished the book, come anyway. (Just be prepared for spoilers). 
• If you haven’t read the book, come anyway! You might find yourself intrigued enough to read it later. 
• Have a schedule conflict and can’t come?  We’ll miss you and hope to see you next month. 

When: Second Thursday every other month

7:30 – 9:00 PM Eastern Time 

The monthly Sandbox Café is a welcoming and thought-provoking informal hangout spot.

When you show up, expect to join a smaller group in lightly guided-conversations. And also experience the energy of the larger group. Together we’ll form questions, inquiries, share experiences, perspectives and knowledge, and get to know one another.

"T" and Table Topics

Please grab your "T", whether it's tea, tonic or tequila and join us for an hour to talk, laugh and share.  We will use Table Topic cards to engage in fun conversations and get to know one another better.  You are invited to join these quarterly events.  The events alternate between 4pm ET and 7pm ET.

Flying Solo 

This SIG invites C2C members who are navigating life on their own to explore new paths toward a happy and fulfilling future. The group  engages in thought-provoking discussions on topics like health, belonging, self and interpersonal relationships, shifting roles or identities, self-advocacy, and much more. 

This group meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 7 pm ET.

Destination Dreamers

Ready to explore the world from your living room? This SIG is perfect for women with wanderlust, whether a seasoned traveler or dreaming about your next getaway. We’ll dive into trip planning, hidden gems, cultural experiences, and plenty of travel inspiration!

When: The fourth Monday of the month, 7 pm ET.
