A C2C event

As the impact of Covid settles in, there are things that have become apparent. We are designed to be in community and are wired to connect, belong, feel seen, and be heard.

Join Lisa Daron Grossman, founder of The Connection Cure, in this interactive workshop focusing on the physiological and emotional benefits of connection and the effects of loneliness and isolation. There is no substitute for human relationships, and this workshop helps participants identify similarities in their experiences, uncover the superpower within loneliness, and understand the emotional and physiological benefits of connection.

Lisa, a Professional Coach and a Positive Psychology Practitioner, has presented on the value of connection at universities and organizations across the country.  She spent four years traveling engaging in conversations around loneliness, connection, and belonging, while exploring human connection as a catalyst for healing and wellness. Lisa hosts events designed to de-stigmatize loneliness and that delve into the science of connection, helping people to expose their moments of loneliness as a pathways to meaningful relationships.
