Is believes “that no matter what comes up in life, personal or societal, the teachings offer us a guide on how to live in mindful awareness instead of reactivity—a deeply effective and valuable practice in our chaotic world!”
Topics to be covered include:
- What are the characteristics of Mindfulness & Meditation and the benefits of integrating each into your life
- Various ways to meditate
- A brief meditation exercise
- How Mindfulness and Meditation can help you live a life filled with
compassion and lovingkindness, the ability to forgive yourself and others, and ways to experience more gratitude, generosity, and joy.
There will be time for questions and sharing.
