MSP (V) Caring Collaborative - Bone Health Discussions

According to the Bone Health and Osteoporosis Foundation 54 million people in the U.S. have low bone density or osteoporosis.  One in two women and up to one in four men over 50 will break a bone due to osteoporosis.  The first roundtable series of discussions will focus on bone health and what we can do to maintain and even increase our bone density.

We invite you to participate with us in discussing and exploring the topic of bone health.  Open to Caring Collaborative members.  (TTN MSP chapter members who would like to join the Caring Collaborative can contact Kathleen Peterson).

Meetings will be on Zoom on three Fridays from 11-12:30 (February 17, March 17, and April 21).  There is no cost, but registration is required.
