Why is everyone raving about Pilates? Why do the Hollywood stars and Elite athletes swear by this exercise method? Come and find out what it can do for your body!! No experience necessary.

We'll also delve into Activation technique!

Do you have chronic pain? Past injuries that keep recurring? Or nagging tightness? Discover how Activation can relieve this pain and educate you on why your body is feeling this tightness!!

Please wear workout attire - no worry about your shoes- we need to take them off! If you have a yoga mat, bring it along.

And why not bring a friend too? She'll thank you for it!

Maura Gates, MS, ATC will be instructing, demonstrating, and educating you on all the above!

Maura Gates, is a TTN Chicago member. She started her passion in the fitness/health arena after working for an orthopedic surgeon and working rehab/athletic training in the high school setting during which time she obtained her Masters in Exercise Physiology and Cardiac Rehabilitation.
Maura now provides personal training with an emphasis in Pilates and Neuro-Muscular Activation. She believes in the Pilates method because she witnesses her clients continuously increase range of motion, balance, and strength! The Activation technique assesses movement patterns that can cause pain and injury, which we change with activating the proper muscles! The results have been life changing for many!
