Both the Aging Mastery Peer Group and the Longevity Mastermind Peer Group have explored aging through books, discussions and action.  Our focus is learning to live our best life with the rest of our lives! 

The program will include insights from the books studied, musical interludes from our new virtuosos, and small group sessions to engage eveyone in how to apply some of what we've learned. 

We will start the meeting with the theme of our presentation: The Top Ten Traits of The Rock Stars of Aging, which is based on the book, Growing Bolder, by Marc Middleton.  

The Peer Groups will then present on Movement Art, The Way of Integrity by Martha Beck, Successful Aging by Daniel Levitin, Presence by Ann Cudy, their trip to Cincinnati, Remember by Lisa Genova, and finally, a Fun discussion. 

Some of these books have prompted members to change their lives by exploring new avenues in which to learn and grow, and in the process stave off dementia and stay healthy. The Aging Mastery Peer Group explored Movement Art, and two of the members of the Longevity Mastermind Peer Group learned to play new musical instruments: Donna learned to play the guitar and Janice learned to play the piano.  We will share short videos of their performances.
