Join the Ohio Chapter of TTN on January 24, 2023, 6pm Eastern for an evening of camaraderie and fun as we cook up a fabulous recipe for life.
Kari Gunter-Seymour, Poet Laureate for the State of Ohio, will be joining us on Zoom for an evening of creating poetry on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 starting at 6:00 pm.
Kari's Recipe For Life - Mixing together everyday household ingredients with handfuls of memories and hopes for the future, participants will create a recipe poem, focused on what lifts us up, sustains us, keeps one foot in front of the other-one teaspoon, one cup, one greased or floured surface at a time.
No prior writing, cooking or baking experience is required!
Brenda, our host, says that after attending several of her poetry writing workshops in the past, she believes you're in for a tasty treat!
Mark your calendar for 1/24/23 and register quickly as we are opening this exciting event to all chapters. We will start at 6:00 pm and end sometime between 7:30 and 8:00 p.m.
Registration is limited to 30 participants. The fee is $10 for members and $15 for non-members.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link for the event. You'll also receive an email with the Zoom information a day before the event.
